What's in the box

Destructible terrain

Tunnel through dirt, blast new paths with rockets, or drop a mine and lure your opponent into it. No two matches play out the same.

Local multiplayer

Head-to-head over Bluetooth or WiFi — no account, no server, no internet connection needed. Just two phones in the same room.

Single player, two difficulties

Practice against Easy, or step up to Hard for an AI that plans several moves ahead instead of just charging at you.

AirPlay support

Connect to a TV and the match renders full-screen there while your phone stays focused on your own worm — a shared overview for the whole room.

The real bitmap font

Every menu and HUD element uses Liero's own actual 1998 sprite art — not a modern UI imitating a retro game, the real thing.

Free, no catches

No ads, no in-app purchases, no accounts of Vermis's own. Game Center is optional, for achievements and leaderboards.
